The U.N. balloon agency said Tuesday it plans to award $7 billion to support balloons in developing countries.
The balloons will be made in China, India, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The money will be used to develop more balloon factories in the future, according to a statement from the U,N.
China is the world’s biggest balloon maker and the Philippines has a major market for balloons.
A number of other countries are planning to start balloons in the coming years.
